How to ask us to delete what we hold about you, and what happens after you do.
Your right to be forgotten
You can ask Tayo Living to delete the personal information we hold about you, including anything you shared with us on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp (your name, username, messages and phone number).
How to ask
Email build@tayoliving.com with the subject “Delete my data” and tell us your Instagram username and/or the phone number you shared with us. You can also message us on Instagram (@tayoliving) or call +91 74282 00761.
What happens next
We confirm your request within 7 days and delete your details from our messaging tools and our customer records within 30 days. We may keep the minimum needed to meet legal or tax obligations (for example invoices for completed purchases), as allowed under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
